  1. BulletIncomer: From Grid at 132 KV, which supplies to 3 x 20 MVA

  2. BulletGeneration: 25 MW through Waste Heat Recovery Boiler System, 30 x 2 MW through FBC Boilers using Coal.

  3. BulletLoad: MF Induction Furnaces, Rolling Mills, Kilns etc.

  4. BulletNormally, power is Exported to the Grid. In case of TG breakdown, Power is imported from the Grid


The System monitors the 46 Electrical Parameters of each feeder (not just Energy) in Real Time, including:

  1. BulletAll Power Import / Export from the 3 transformers to the Grid.

  2. BulletAll  Power Generation parameters, including Auxiliary consumption of each TG.

  3. BulletAll Power consumption of each Load is updated every minute.
