Naresh graduated
in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Delhi, and holds a Masters Degree
in Computer Science from University of California, USA. He started
his career as a Design Engineer with Hewlett Packard, California,
USA. His bent toward technical innovations has earned him many distinctions
in the technical fraternity in India and abroad.
After a small working stint at HP, USA
Naresh returned home to start AEM along with a close friend Prithviraj
Chavan. He has since then been at helm of affairs of AEM. Naresh
personally monitors the Research & Development and manufacturing
activities of the company. He has always upheld business practices
of Quality Production, Quality After Sales Support Service and continuous
development in the existing products, with a strong endeavor to
make technology more and more affordable and acceptable.
Naresh has always upheld the concept of service towards the student society and is personally involved in development activities of many management and technical institutions in India.

Wg. Cdr. Talwar,
is a distinguished Electrical Engineer from I.I.T., Delhi and a
Gold Medalist in Microwave and communication, M. Tech. from I.I.T.,
Kharagpur and an M.B.A. from Delhi University, specializing in Production
Planning and Controls. Before joining AEM, he served the Indian
Air Force for more than 25 years and held many strategically important
responsibilities. Working with Air Force, gave Wg. Cdr Talwar a
varied experience in Planning, Monitoring, Coordination and Implementation
of complex development projects in the field of electronics, Communications
and Radars.He also worked as Deputy General Manager (Projects) in
Mekaster Telematics Ltd., New Delhi and was instrumental in setting
up a joint venture with TH-CSF of France.
Cdr. Talwar remains responsible for overall planning and implementation of AEM's India Operations. His inclination towards of customer relations requirements, and implementing complex projects has gained him distinction among his peers. Cdr. Talwar also monitors the Institutional and Corporate Business initiatives and is considered AEM's choice representative for initiatives with various Government departments. Cdr. Talwar brings with him a persona of dedication, discipline and hard-work.

Kulvinder
has a B.E. (Honors) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
from BITS, Pilani, M. Tech. in Computer Technology from I.IT., New
Delhi and MBA from Faculty of Management Studies.
Kulvinder presently heads the AEM's R&D
division. He joined the Company in 1980 and his professional contribution
over the years, have been significantly instrumental in AEM's overall
development. Kulvinder leads the team for design and development
of products and projects. Implementation of CAD section, In-house
technical training, technical Co-ordination with Production, Quality
Assurance and Customer Support and Service divisions, are some of
his distinct initiatives. Kulvinder has had a role in the design
and development of almost all the microcomputer based projects and
products undertaken since 1980.
He has co-authored a paper titled 'An automatic exchange for sharing peripherals among desk-top computers', published in proceedings of International Conference on Microcomputer Applications to Industrial Control, held at Jadavpur University, Calcutta, India, in February 1981. He has also co-authored the course material of a course on Microprocessors for continuing education in 1992-93.

Sanjay holds
Post Graduate Diploma in Electrical Engineering with specialization
in Electronics & Controls Engineering from YMCA, Institute of
Engineering, Faridabad.
He joined AEM as Deputy General Manager in 1988. His endeavor has always been to achieve more technical excellence in existing products and introduce new technologies in AEM. Sanjay’s team is actively involved in design and development management, problem analysis, design solutions, specifications finalization for hardware and software.
